Lucy’s practice is focused on civil litigation, with a primary focus on complex “mass tort” work. Lucy aims to obtain justice for clients who are injured by big business or wronged by the justice system. Lucy grew up in Kansas City with deep ties to the community. She graduated from Miami University in 2018 with a B.A. in political science and a Minor in history. She went on to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2021. In law school, Lucy received the Cali Award for Excellence in Trial Practice, recognizing her for earning the top grade in the class. As a student, Lucy interned with the Honorable Magistrate Judge Karen Litkovitz at the Southern District of Ohio, where she gained valuable insight into the judicial prospective.
Lucy clerked for two years at Wagstaff & Cartmell before coming on board as a full-time attorney. She returns to Kansas City with a client centered approach to her work, and a passion for helping others.
