Mack T. Ivy is a native Arkansan who graduated from Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree. He earned his law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. As a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Lonoke County, the City of Lonoke, and the City of Austin, Mack gained insight on the development of criminal cases from initial case review through trial and sentencing. While serving as a deputy prosecutor, Mack maintained a caseload of juvenile, district, and circuit court cases ranging from traffic violations to major felonies. Through this work, Mack understands how to review police investigations, interview witnesses, develop case strategies, and try cases. He has argued countless motions and conducted bench and jury trials in a range of matters, including major felonies. Now, Mack uses this knowledge and experience to defend and protect his clients.
Additionally, Mack has worked as a trust and estate attorney. In that capacity, he managed administration of probate estates, wrote wills and powers of attorney, and created, indexed, and maintained financial and retirement accounts held in trust for high net worth clients. Additionally, Mack established guardianships to provide for the needs of minors and vulnerable adults.
Mack firmly believes that the individual rights guaranteed by the Constitution must be respected and vigorously protected. He uses his financial and trial advocacy skills to provide this shield for his clients.
