Mario F. Gallucci, a partner in the firm, was born in Brooklyn, and was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1990 and the New York bar in 1991. Mario Gallucci earned his law degree from Vermont Law School in 1990. He is President of the Italian Club of Staten Island Foundation Inc., and is a member of New York State and American Bar Associations, New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Richmond County Defense Association. He was formerly an assistant district attorney in Richmond County, and was a principal attorney in its major felony unit. He practices criminal defense in the areas of murder, homicide, manslaughter, violent felonies, sex crimes, driving while intoxicated, assault and battery, search and seizure, and theft.
Mario is a graduate of Vermont Law School. Mario is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey. After his admission to the Bar, Mario began work as an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County District Attorney's Office under William Murphy. He worked there for 7 years rising to the position of chief of the Drug Crimes Unit. He left the DA's office to do medical malpractice defense litigation for the law firm of Amabile & Erman. Since 1999 Mario has been one of the premier criminal defense attorneys in New York City. Mario is a member of the Criminal Defenders Association, the Richmond County Bar Association and a past president of the Italian Club of Staten Island.
