Prior to starting The Peper Law Firm, PA in 2005, Mark was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Irvin G. Condon, Charleston County Probate Judge. Since opening The Peper Law Firm, Mark has successfully handled all types of cases, including many high profile cases that have received regional and national attention.
Mark was born and raised in Charleston and is a graduate of Middleton High School (1996), Wofford College (2000) and The University of South Carolina School of Law (2004). He is the son of Judy and Warren Peper, a local media personality whose Friday night sportscasts were a favorite of lowcountry residents for over 30 years.
Mark and his wife, Emily, live in West Ashley, SC with their two children, Andrew and Olivia. When not meeting with clients, Mark enjoys coaching his children’s various sports teams, playing golf and cooking.
