Trial Attorney Mark McNabola has devoted his career of 38+ years to victims of catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice. In a recent ten-day period, Mr. McNabola tried a case in DuPage County and received a record jury verdict after rejecting a significant offer from the defense. During a day off from that trial, he represented a family at a mediation resulting in a $14 million settlement.

Mark McNabola is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Society of Trial Attorneys and a frequent columnist in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. He has been an adjunct law professor at DePaul University College of Law in trial advocacy. He has been an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and is on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured and is an author on various topics concerning accident victims’ rights. He is frequently quoted in the press on personal injury law and the judicial system.
