Mark O. Midani has been a licensed lawyer in the State of Texas since 1991.
In 1992 Midani started Midani & Associates, P.C. focusing primarily on the representation of individuals victimized by negligence.
Since then Midani and the Firm have represented individuals and families against large corporations in wrongful death cases, catastrophic personal injuries and employment matters.
Midani has built a strong reputation of aggressive and zealous representation of his clients from the pre-litigation of a case through trial and appeal. Midani has successfully tried cases to juries in both state and federal courts.
