Mark has been hit three times in motor vehicle accidents since moving to Las Vegas in 2010. In his latest accident, he was hit head-on while stopped at a red light by a careless driver who fell asleep and drove on the wrong side of the road. The accident totaled Mark’s car that he had just paid off. Mark understands firsthand peoples’ frustration with insurance companies that don’t treat them fairly. Although he has handled hundreds of different types of personal injury cases he has a special passion for car accident cases based on his own unfortunate firsthand experiences.
Mark moved to Las Vegas from Kentucky to work as the first law clerk to the Hon. Nancy Allf of the Eighth Judicial District Court. During his time with Judge Allf, Mark gained a greater insight into the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and legal research and writing. During his clerkship, Mark successfully passed three bar exams in two years and is licensed to practice law in California, Kentucky and Nevada. After his clerkship he worked for a general litigation firm, a legal malpractice defense firm, and a prominent Las Vegas personal injury firm before joining THE702FIRM Injury Attorneys. In his first year of practice he tried three civil jury trials to a verdict. Since then he has continued to successfully fight for personal injury clients in numerous mediations, arbitrations and trials.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys cheering for the UK wildcats, running, and spending time with his wife, and dog “Chuck.”
