Marlo Arnold has maintained a practice in Yuma, Arizona for her entire career and has expanded her area of service to San Diego, Imperial Valley and Southern California over the past ten years. Marlo believes that representing injured people and their families is an honor and a privilege. She founded Two Rivers Law to not only help shape her clients' futures, but also to change the legal landscape in which she practices. Like rivers shape the earth and carve out canyons, Marlo believes lawyers can make a difference in the world by standing up for justice and right. Her mission is to hold wrongdoers accountable and fight insurance companies and large corporations when they impede on the rights of individuals. She fights passionately to get justice for each of her clients.
Marlo knows that everyone has a unique story and perspective. She also understands that her clients usually have little experience with the civil justice system and need guidance. She strives to ensure that every client understands the steps of his or her case, provides support and regular updates, and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly.
Marlo uses her jury trial experience and industry knowledge to strategically prepare each case as if it will go all the way to a jury trial. This ensures that if the insurance company or corporation does not put fair value on a case, her clients have someone in their corner who can continue the fight at trial.
When not fighting for the rights of her clients, Marlo enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, cooking, reading, running, and traveling.
