Trial Lawyer in Yuma

Marlo K. Arnold graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 2004 before joining Teach for America, where she taught middle school in inner-city Atlanta for two years. From there, she enrolled in law school at the Florida State University College of Law.

During her time at Florida State, Marlo was a member of the Florida State University Law Review and the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. She also completed an externship at the Florida Supreme Court.

Marlo graduated from Florida State University College of Law in the top 10% of her class in the spring of 2009. She was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2009 and the Arizona U.S. District Court. She joined Territorial Law, L.L.C. as an associate attorney in 2010.

Marlo handles personal injury, insurance bad faith, and criminal defense cases. Her most recent injury trial ended in a $420,000 plaintiff's verdict. She also handled a recent T-bone collision case that resulted in a $1,150,000 settlement for her client.

When working on a case, Marlo knows that each of her clients is a person with a unique story and perspective – and likely little experience with the criminal or civil justice system. She strives to make sure that every client understands the steps of his or her case and make herself available to answer questions and provide updates. She approaches every case as if they are going all the way to a jury trial to ensure that she is prepared every step of the way.

With a decade of experience under her belt, Marlo is familiar with all parties involved in both criminal and civil cases, including prosecutors, local and out-of-town attorneys, court staff, and local judges. She uses these connections to advance her clients’ cases and improve their chances of success. Marlo is passionate about working with people from different walks of life. From her initial meeting with a client all the way through to case resolution, she takes the time to get to know each client and understand their unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, Marlo enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young sons. She enjoys running, cooking, reading, and traveling.
