Maxwell Glass is the Principal of The Glass Law Group. Maxwell is a native of Long Island and has devoted his entire legal practice to the representation of individuals charged with violating the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, as well as local vehicle and traffic laws. Maxwell passionately represents his clients and makes their best interests his only priority from the moment representation begins, until a final resolution that is satisfactory to the client, is reached.
Maxwell graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, graduating cum laude, in recognition of his academic success. Maxwell then returned to Long Island where he enrolled, and subsequently graduated from Hofstra University’s School of Law. While in law school, Maxwell participated in a clinical program, where he prosecuted misdemeanor offenses, including violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Upon graduation from law school, Maxwell worked for a law firm specializing in defense of the nation’s top insurance carriers. Maxwell was then an associate at a personal injury practice where he represented clients injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. Maxwell was responsible for all aspects of his client’s cases from inception through resolution. While working with motor vehicle accident victims, Maxwell became intimately familiar with the laws governing motor vehicles in New York State. Maxwell then opened The Glass Law Group, PLLC where he has focused his practice on motor vehicle tickets, infractions, and violations as well as DWI/DUI defense.
While an undergraduate student, Maxwell was a volunteer firefighter on Long Island for 4 years, and proudly resides on Long Island today.
