Megan Henry has been a practicing personal injury attorney for over 15 years. She specializes in civil litigation where she represents those that have been wrongfully injured in automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking collisions, premises liability, products liability, drunk driving collisions, slip and fall incidents, negligence of property owners and medical malpractice. Megan’s practice focuses on helping victims of persons that have been seriously injured in civil cases.  

Having grown up in a family of personal injury lawyers, Megan has litigated cases since 2005, when she received her license to practice law after graduating with a juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Megan is a Northeast Arkansas native. After graduating from Jonesboro High School, she attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where she graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. She then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, during which time she worked for multiple insurance defense firms, plaintiff firms, and the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. Upon graduation, Megan joined her father, Troy Henry, a highly experienced personal injury and medical malpractice attorney at Henry Law Firm, PLC in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In 2017, she expanded and added an office in Fayetteville. In 2022, she merged with her husband Brandon Lacy and joined Lacy Law Firm.   

Megan has represented personal injury clients from all over the State of Arkansas and litigated cases in nearly every county. She has obtained successful outcomes for her clients who have been injured in car wrecks, motorcycle accidents, 18-wheeler wrecks, slip and fall incidents, and medical malpractice cases. She works zealously to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients. She is currently a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Washington County Bar Association and Craighead County Bar Association.  

During her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Razorbacks.
