Michael A. Delaney is a trial attorney focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. Mr. Delaney represents victims of all manner of injuries, including motor vehicle-related accidents, premises-related incidents, healthcare professional malpractice, product defect injuries, as well as wrongful death claims.
Mr. Delaney graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a major in Political Science. Michael then attended Drexel University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. During law school, Michael secured internships at the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas and at the in-house legal department of a major, local corporation.
Following law school, Mr. Delaney began working at a Plaintiff’s attorney in personal injury matters in his hometown of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Delaney ultimately returned to Philadelphia, joining a large Plaintiff’s personal injury law firm as a trial attorney, where he was able to hone his litigation skills representing clients in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Delaney is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
