About Michael A. Fruhling

Michael A Fruhling joined Gersowitz, Libo, and Korek, P.C. in 1991 and became a partner in 1999. He specializes in a wide variety of personal injury cases and focuses his practice on medical malpractice in New York and New Jersey including Cerebral Palsy, Erb's Palsy, Stillbirth, and other birth-related injuries.

Michael is recognized in both Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for his successes as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney in New York.

Michael sits on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice. In this role, he has fought to strengthen the laws to help consumers, as well as the victims of medical malpractice and personal injury in New Jersey.

Represented the family of Isel Pineda in their wrongful death and medical malpractice lawsuit against Oleg Davie, M.D.

Represented the family of Michael King who died following donating a kidney to his wife at SUNY Downstate.

Represented the family of Brendan Jordan, who died when an unsecured fold-down bench struck and killed him during an indoor recreational soccer practice.
