Born on the east coast near Washington, D.C., Michael moved to California to attend law school in San Diego over 20 years ago. While in law school, Michael was a member of his school’s Law Review and graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude). After graduation, Michael quickly passed the bar exam. To gain valuable trial experience, Michael took his first job with the San Joaquin County Public Defender. Working with a heavy caseload, Michael handled hundreds of cases and won many jury trials and dismissals during his time there. After a few years, he opened his own practice in Manteca and has been there ever since. Michael has been practicing law for almost 20 years and enjoys meeting new people and helping them in difficult situations.
During his time away from work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, including his brilliant wife Meg and three young children. He also enjoys playing guitar and is a history and film buff.
