Michael M. Roberts is a skilled Arizona trial lawyer with Wade & Nysather AZ Accident Attorneys, where he represents individuals injured through the negligence of others. He brings extensive experience in civil litigation and insurance defense, giving him a strategic advantage when advocating for his clients.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing, cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2003, and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, he served on the Moot Court Board and the National Moot Court Team.
After completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John C. Gemmill at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Michael practiced in civil defense and as in-house counsel for a large insurance company before joining Wade & Nysather in 2018. His insight into insurance practices allows him to effectively advocate for accident victims throughout Arizona.
Outside the courtroom, Michael enjoys family time, running, hiking, and cheering on Arizona’s sports teams.
