Mindi L. Weinapple, Esq. focuses her practice on representing those injured due to negligence.
Mrs. Weinapple’s love for creating arguments started at a young age. She was a member of her high school debate team. She won many titles and qualified for nationals her senior year.
Mrs. Weinapple continued her educational journey at Emory University and earned her BA in International Studies and German in three years.
Mrs. Weinapple then became the first person in her family to attend law school. She received nearly a full ride to Florida State University College of Law. Mrs. Weinapple’s strong work ethic and attention to detail served her well in law school and she graduated magna cum laude. While attending FSU Law, Mrs. Weinapple was also a Staff Editor of Law Review and Business Review.
Mrs. Weinapple has worked in both the public and private sector. Before joining Madalon Law, Mrs. Weinapple defended insurance claims on issues that ranged from medical malpractice and wrongful death to dog bites to automotive accidents to slip-and-falls.
