Mitchell J. Williams is a native South Carolinian from Anderson, SC.
Mitch represents injured victims in automobile accident, products liability, premises liability, and civil liability cases.
He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. District Court.
After graduating from Clemson University, he received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina.
He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. His affiliations include the South Carolina Association for Justice, Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers Compensation, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
Mitch volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America at both the Troop and Council levels. He previously served as Scoutmaster of Troop 224 in Blythewood for 5 ? years. He is the current Mock Trial Advisor to Spring Valley High School.
He enjoys backpacking, boating, and travel to outdoor destinations.
He is a current member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where he sings in the Chancel Choir and is involved in their mission, community, and religious activities.
Mitch is married with two children, several dogs, and a cat.
