Neil graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo in 1982 and has spent his entire career fighting for the legal rights of his clients.
After graduation from law school, he practiced workers' compensation, social security disability, and no-fault law. Shortly after that, he added personal injury cases to his list of practice areas and began representing clients in jury trials in Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, New York, and Queens counties and in the Southern and Eastern Federal District courts. He has also represented clients on appeal in the First, Second, and Third Departments in New York. In the early 1980s, Neil’s practice involved defense work, mainly in personal injury and insurance litigation. In 1986 he switched over to plaintiff-side work.
In 1994, he opened his own practice representing clients in on-the-job accidents, and personal injury cases. Since then his firm has added product liability cases under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), Social Security disability cases, and medical malpractice. Has successfully represented thousands of people and has grown his practice to manage a five-attorney firm with staff members who devote time to the firm’s clients with the same energy and enthusiasm.
Mr. Moldovan has devoted his entire career to fighting passionately for his clients. Helping injured people has been his career focus and no case is too big or too small for him to handle.
