Mr. Nevin Wisnoski is a Milberg Associate whose primary practice areas include environmental & toxic torts litigation, class action lawsuits, and defective products.

A self-motivated problem solver, Mr. Wisnoski seeks fair resolutions for hard-working individuals wronged by invisible harms rooted in corporate greed.

In 2024, Mr. Wisnoski was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a top 40 Under 40 attorney, included on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list, and featured among Business North Carolina’s prestigious Legal Elite.

He has been interviewed by Mass Tort News to discuss environmental implications surrounding ethylene oxide exposure and the Camp Lejeune litigation.

Mr. Wisnoski obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Prior, he attended North Carolina State University’s College of Natural Resources and graduated with departmental honors.

Today, Mr. Wisnoski is an executive board member of the North Carolina State University Lawyers Alumni Association. He is also a Publications Committee member of the American Association for Justice’s New Lawyers Division, as well as an active member of the Wake County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.

He is admitted to practice in North Carolina.

Outside the office, Mr. Wisnoski enjoys college sports, live music, badminton, grilling, and documentaries.
