Nevin Wisnoski is a young yet experienced civil litigator with demonstrated success in various fields including past experiences in consumer protection, medical malpractice, and federal Indian law.

He joined the firm in 2022 and is part of the Environmental and Complex Litigation Departments, with a focus on mass torts and class actions.

Nevin is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Asheville—where he also began his legal career before moving to Raleigh in 2021.

In his free time, Nevin enjoys watching Formula 1, grilling with friends, and reading about American history.
