Attorney Hermann's primary focus is on personal injury litigation and he has litigated an array of cases ranging from automobile and motorcycle accidents to premises liability cases to bad faith cases to insurance coverage issues to medical malpractice. Attorney Hermann's trial experience includes both automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability cases that have led to substantial verdicts, including a defective railing case in which the injured party fell from a second story apartment and sustained multiple facial fractures, and a case involving a negligently maintained premises and table-saw in which the injuries to the client necessitated partial amputation of the client's finger.
