Background & Story
He Knows What It Means to Be the One Who Got Hurt
At 17, Nicholas Mucerino suffered a back injury playing hockey that required surgery. What followed wasn't just recovery — it was a close-up look at how insurance companies and opposing interests can leave injured people with far less than they deserve. That experience became the foundation for everything Mucerino Law stands for today.
Nick grew up with a hockey player's understanding of what it means to be part of a team — and what it means when a teammate has your back. That philosophy carries into every client relationship at Mucerino Law. When you hire Mucerino Law, your case is handled with the same commitment — you are always the priority.
"Every client I take on, I ask myself: if this were my family member, what would I want their attorney to do? That's my standard. That's what we deliver."
Education & Career
Built on Rigorous Training, Real-World Service
Nick earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2021, one of the nation's top programs for litigation and trial practice. Before entering private practice, he served with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security — an experience that sharpened his analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to precision under pressure.
He went on to become a Partner at Forman Law Offices, P.A., one of Florida's respected personal injury firms, where he built extensive trial and negotiation experience across a broad range of accident and injury cases. He founded Mucerino Law PLLC to build the kind of client-first practice he had always envisioned.
Nick is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Washington D.C. Bar, and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney — a distinction earned by fewer than 1% of attorneys in each state.
Practice Focus
Personal Injury & Mass Tort Litigation
Nick handles the full spectrum of personal injury and mass tort matters, with a particular focus on cases where the injury was serious, the insurance company is undervaluing the claim, or the client has been turned away elsewhere. His mass tort work includes Depo-Provera brain tumor litigation, Paraquat Parkinson's claims, PFAS/AFFF exposure cases, and complex sexual assault survivor litigation against rideshare companies and institutions.
He serves clients throughout Palm Beach County, Broward County, Miami-Dade, and across the state of Florida. All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis — no upfront cost, no fees unless there is a recovery.
