He has also successfully represented sophisticated clients in complex commercial and consumer litigations involving landmark legal issues and multi-billion dollar claims. Niraj’s dedicated efforts have led to consistent recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2013-2018) and a New York Super Lawyer for the last five years in a row.
Niraj's career includes working as counsel and lead attorney at AmLaw top-ranked law firms in New York, where he successfully represented clients in product liability and mass tort claims, financial and regulatory issues, insurance disputes, and securities and investor claims. In addition, Niraj founded Parekh Law in 2014, representing high-net-worth clients in federal and state litigations involving complex financial fraud and related criminal proceedings.
Niraj received his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He joined Slater Slater Schulman in October 2023 and is licensed to practice in New York State, the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
