Noah Larsh is an attorney at Swigart Law Group who focuses his practice on consumer protection, complex litigation, and enforcing the rights of individuals under federal and California consumer statutes. He plays a key role in the firm’s litigation efforts involving unauthorized banking transactions, digital fraud, and unlawful practices by financial institutions.
Mr. Larsh concentrates heavily on claims brought under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA), representing consumers who have experienced unauthorized withdrawals, delayed investigations, or denied refunds stemming from fraudulent electronic transfers. He advocates for clients in both individual cases and coordinated litigation across federal courts, state venues, and arbitration forums.
With a strong analytical background and a deep commitment to financial accountability, Mr. Larsh works to ensure that banks and payment platforms are held to the strict standards required by law — including timely error resolution and consumer reimbursement obligations under EFTA.
Mr. Larsh earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated with distinction. While in law school, he developed a strong interest in financial privacy and regulatory enforcement, which now anchors his consumer-focused practice.
He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is passionate about holding financial entities accountable when they fail to protect consumers from fraud and abuse.
“When financial systems fail consumers, we step in to enforce their rights — and make them whole.”
Mr. Larsh is a key member of the firm’s growing EFTA and consumer fraud litigation teams, ensuring that individual victims of digital banking fraud have experienced advocates by their side.
