Nola D. Jackson is a tireless and successful advocate. Her legal successes have led to precedent-setting court decisions involving millions of dollars. Nola grew up in the Midwest as a farm girl. Her father was a Navy veteran and her mother a nurse. Growing up on a farm, Nola learned early on the value of hard work, discipline, and education. Because of her work ethic and determination, she is your go-to lawyer. She does not shy away from complex legal problems. Instead, she digs in to ensure the best possible case result for her clients.
Nola was a double major in Biology and English graduate from DePauw University in Indiana. She earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Following law school, Nola gained extensive experience working within Georg's courts. She worked as the Staff Attorney to Superior Court Judges Joel J. Fryer, Don A. Langham, and John S. Langford. Nola also worked as a law clerk for Supreme Court Justices Carol Hunstein and Hugh Thompson. As a Staff Attorney, Nola gained the trust of the judges she worked with. She helped them with complex business disputes, personal injury, and professional liability cases.
After serving as a staff attorney, Nola worked for a national insurance defense law firm. Her tenure as a defense attorney taught her the ins and outs of the insurance industry's handling of claims. Even while working for the defense, Nola sought out and won personal injury cases. Her clients received significant amounts for their injuries and damages. These victories have been more than a job for Nola. She developed relationships with those that she represented during their time of need. Those friendships continue to this day.
While Nola has a slightly dorky love of the law, she still prefers to talk about her family, zip-lining, and memories shared around a campfire. Nola and her husband have two daughters (a teenager who is an entrepreneur soap maker and a youngster obsessed with Minecraft). She also has three dogs (two are hyperactive and one is an old curmudgeon). With her sense of humor and enthusiasm for life and everything in it, Nola brings joy to every person she meets.
