Patrick J. Mullaney was born and raised in Queens, New York and currently lives in Breezy Point, New York on the Rockaway Peninsula with his wife and 3 young children. Pat graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002 and has been a practicing litigation attorney ever since. Patrick devotes 100% of time litigating cases on behalf of accident victims who are seriously and catastrophically injured because of the negligence of others.
Patrick is an active trial attorney who would prefer to be on trial more than anything else and has tried close to 20 cases since forming his own firm in March 2011 ( roughly 15 months ). In addition to handling standard negligence cases ( truck and auto accident cases, fall cases, construction accident cases, etc. ).
Patrick also handles significant civil rights cases. Patrick has tried virtually every type of negligence case to verdict and regularly appears and handles cases in the various courts throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC, as well as upstate counties and Long Island. When he is not working, Pat enjoys spending time with his family in Breezy Point.
He also enjoys playing basketball and watching the Mets. Pat has been working steadily since elementary school when and actually worked at Shea Stadium selling hot dogs and sodas for 5 years starting in the 9th grade.
