Phillip J. Milligan has been representing Arkansas clients for over 25 years. He received his Bachelor of Science from Arkansas Tech University in 1985 and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1988. Mr. Milligan is selective in which cases he accepts so that he can give every case the full attention it deserves. He is passionate about serving each and every client, staying after hours when needed. He understands that our overly-complex legal system can be challenging and difficult to navigate and is here to lift the burden from you.
While Mr. Milligan has built a reputation for strength in the courtroom, he is also an excellent communicator and does not hesitate to pick up the phone to avoid an unnecessary fight with another lawyer. He stands up for his clients and seeks to achieve the most favorable outcome whether through negotiation or in the courtroom. And this philosophy holds especially true in disputes involving children. Mr. Milligan is dedicated to serving the best interests of children when handling divorce cases and to keeping your kids out of the battle.
