Preston J. Scheiner joined Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured as a trial attorney in 2007. Today, Preston Scheiner works side-by-side with his father Bruce L. Scheiner, where he aspires to continue the firm's legacy of compassionate and dedicated service to clients who have been injured by the carelessness or recklessness of others.
Preston Scheiner has been recognized for his trial and negotiating skills and has brought numerous cases to resolution through mediation and trial on behalf of the firm and its clients. He is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Florida, as well as the federal court for the Middle District of Florida.
Education
A graduate of Amherst College, Mr. Scheiner attended the University of Miami School of law, where he graduated Cum Laude, and was awarded the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for the most outstanding student in litigation skills; the Thomas Ewald Memorial Award Recipient, as the top student in litigation skills who most exemplifies devotion to high standards and ethical conduct; the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Excellent Achievement in the Study of Litigation Skills; and the Dean's Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Academic Performance in Litigation Skills.
Mr. Scheiner also worked as a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office, where he was responsible for prosecuting numerous bench trials.
The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) awarded the NITA Advocate designation to Mr. Scheiner in 2009.

When not in the office, PJ enjoys flying. He is a licensed multi-engine commercial pilot with single and multi-engine instrument privileges and is trained and licensed to fly the Citation Jet series of aircraft.
