Rachal Rojas is an attorney at TorHoerman Law who specializes in product liability and pharmaceutical litigation.
A Corpus Christi, TX native, Rachal moved cross-country to attend Columbia University in New York City and completed a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Before law school and after graduating from Columbia, she worked on both sides of civil litigation as a paralegal for a plaintiff’s asbestos law firm and a corporate defense firm.
Legal Career
Rachal graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2008 and began practicing shortly thereafter.
She worked at Matthews & Associates in Houston and New York for nine years, providing responsive representation to people injured by defective products, chemical exposure, dangerous drugs, and medical devices, and more.
Rachal then worked for The Potts Law Firm, Johnson Law Group, and, most recently, D. Miller & Associates in Houston, TX, until joining TorHoerman Law in 2023.
Rachal is an expert in product liability litigation, legal research, and is a welcome addition to the THL team.
