Randall Alexander Scarlett has worked alongside his father at the Scarlett Law Group since 2011. He joined the firm as a lawyer in December of 2019. Mr. Scarlett obtained his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School as well as his LLM in international business law from the Sorbonne. Randall won Boston College’s 2018 Mock Trial Competition, which culminated in a final trial before Judge Paul J. Barbadoro of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Mr. Scarlett was also published in the Boston College Law Review during his second year.
Randall focuses his practice on catastrophic injuries and wrongful death with a particular focus on assisting those who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. Mr. Scarlett has participated in trial, arbitration, and all aspects of litigation of these matters, and has obtained numerous seven figure results for his clients.
When he isn’t practicing law, Randall dedicates his time volunteering with the California Brain Injury Association. He also enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time on the water with family and friends.
