Rebekah Cooper’s practice is concentrated product liability, including airbag defects, tire defects, seat back defects, defective industrial equipment, and related design and manufacturing defects. Her practice also focuses on emerging automotive technologies such as crash avoidance technology, autonomous driving technology, and advanced driver assistance systems. Rebekah also litigates cases involving toxic supplements and household items.
Rebekah is licensed to practice in California and Georgia. She has experience litigating product liability cases throughout the country. Rebekah and Lance receive the majority of their cases from other attorneys who are faced with complex product liability cases. They take pride in working alongside lawyers across the country to obtain the best results for clients in these complex cases that require significant resources and expertise.
Before The Cooper Firm, Rebekah worked as an insurance defense litigator for insurance and corporations across the United States. Rebekah has litigated cases for some of the largest insurance companies in the United States. As a former defense attorney, Rebekah leverages her comprehensive knowledge of litigation strategy from a defense perspective to obtain the best results for her clients.
Rebekah is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyer Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. In 2023, she was honored to be accepted to the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s distinguished LEAD program.
Rebekah graduated cum laude from Chapman University Fowler School of Law where she was a Senior Editor of the Chapman Law Review.
Rebekah is a member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, which provides legal aid low-income tenants and survivors of intimate partner violence.
