This position included the prosecuting of all manner of criminal charges including several murder cases that resulted in convictions after a trial, and a few murder cases were resolved by way of a plea agreement.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE 1986 TO PRESENT
Included defending all manner of criminal cases on a court appointed and on a retained basis. This included the defense of several murder cases one of which ended in a not guilty verdict, and another resulted in the return of a verdict of manslaughter as opposed to the first-degree murder charge that had been returned by the grand jury. Another trial resulted in a not guilty verdict on malicious wounding.
