Robert Warren has over twenty years of experience in the management and prosecution of complex litigation, including mass torts, multidistrict litigations, and class action cases, in Louisiana, Maryland, California, New York, and the District of Columbia.
He was appointed by the US District Court as Plaintiffs' Litigation Coordinator for In Re Katrina Canal Breaches Consolidated Litigation and In Re Mississippi River Oil Spill. In addition, Robert managed the Plaintiffs' Document Depository in the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Litigation (MDL-2179). His practice has emphasized litigation management, document management, litigation technology, and Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
