Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Rolando de la Garza never imagined he’d be where he is today: in Dallas, Texas, successfully bringing justice to injured victims. After graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law, Rolando followed his passion for law and became a personal injury attorney, a profession he believes is all about protecting the health and safety of the people. If you ask Rolando why he’s proud to be a personal injury attorney, he will tell you that it is the work of personal injury attorneys just like him that brought life-saving safety measures, like airbags and seatbelts, to America. As a litigation attorney for Cain Firm, Rolando has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients. His guiding principle is to approach every case with the goal of a “full and fair” outcome for clients, never allowing their peril to be minimized by insurance companies or opposing counsels. With a personal passion for motorcycles, Rolando also understands the importance of holding irresponsible and reckless parties accountable while on the roads of Texas. Rolando is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers, and formerly the Hispanic Bar Association. He is also fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of his career, he is a devoted father of two sons. Rolando’s love of food and travel have led him to explore over 25 countries around the world, of which his favorites are Turkey and China.
