Rowdy is a lifelong resident of the Wabash Valley and graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 1989. Rowdy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Franklin College in 1993. He graduated from law school and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Rowdy is admitted to the practice of law in Indiana as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Rowdy formed the Rowdy G. Williams Law Firm in 1996, and his Firm practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense, Bankruptcy, and Family Law. Rowdy has an extensive trial background. He has handled over a thousand criminal cases as a former deputy prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney. He has the legal knowledge to understand the complexities of any type of criminal case and the trial experience to aggressively defend the rights of the accused. Rowdy believes that the best defense is usually a good offense. He will aggressively test the prosecutor's case and confront the State with all defenses that may be applicable. Rowdy has successfully tried cases involving Murder, Drug Crimes, Child Molesting, Burglary, Battery, Sexual Battery, and other major felony cases.
