He has obtained favorable verdicts in jury trials when companies refused to obey the law. And he has successfully resolved cases for his clients against Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Winters has committed his career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of state and federal employment and consumer laws. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, the Northern District of Ohio Federal District Court, the Southern District of Ohio Federal District Court, the Northern District of Illinois Federal District Court (pro hac vice), and the District of North Dakota Federal District Court.
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College. He received merit scholarships to attend both the University of California, Riverside, where he was awarded a Masters Degree in English, and the University of Iowa Law School, where he earned his J.D.
He lives in Cleveland Heights with his wife, Marishka.
