Ryan Ziminskas is an attorney in Scott+Scott’s Austin office. His practice focuses on representing individual and institutional plaintiffs in complex and mass tort matters involving toxic exposures and defective consumer products, medical devices, and pharmaceutical drugs.
Prior to joining Scott+Scott, Mr. Ziminskas represented thousands of plaintiffs in centralized litigations across the United States. He was most recently involved in litigating cases against major multinational conglomerates and agro-chemical companies and was a member of the trial team responsible for obtaining a $332 million verdict on behalf of a single plaintiff who developed non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after years of exposure to a well-known pesticide.
A native Austinite, Mr. Ziminskas enjoys the outdoors and can normally be found running the trail around Town Lake most days after leaving the office.
