Sara Abston is an associate attorney in the Houston office. Sara’s practice areas include product liability, pharmaceutical liability, and toxic torts. As a member of The Lanier Law Firm’s trial team, her focus is primarily on mass torts and multidistrict litigations.
Personal Background
Sara joined The Lanier Law Firm as an associate attorney in 2022. During law school, Sara clerked with the Firm. She gained valuable experience within the Firm’s appellate, personal injury, and asbestos divisions throughout that time. Sara also passionately assisted the Texas Innocence Network, specifically, investigating inmates’ claims of wrongful conviction, during her time at The University of Houston Law Center. Sara loves spending time with her family and their golden retrievers.

Representative Cases
As a member of the trial team, Sara has the opportunity to assist in the representation of thousands of clients across multiple complex litigations. Currently, Sara assists in advocating on behalf of our nation’s honorable veterans in their Combat Arms Earplugs suits against 3M Company. She is also currently involved in representing victims suffering injuries by various pharmaceutical drugs and devices, specifically pre-mature infants, and women.
