Scott Bowling was one of the founding members of Chapman & Bowling back in 1988. His main focus areas are personal injury litigation, covering cases related to motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Throughout his career, Scott has worked on personal injury cases in Maryland's state courts and has also been involved in cases across Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. Additionally, he has a wealth of experience in construction and real estate litigation.​
Scott obtained his law degree from George Washington University's National Law Center and holds a B.A. from North Carolina State University. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1988 and the United States District Court, District of Maryland, in 1990.
