Scott M. Butler is a partner at Fitzpatrick, Skemp & Butler, LLC, and his practice is dedicated to representing injured parties throughout the States of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Scott graduated from the Marquette University Law School in 2010 and immediately began representing people injured through no fault of their own. Other than a year working as La Crosse County Circuit Court Law Clerk and Small Claims Mediator, his practice has consisted solely of representing parties injured in wrongful deaths, car accidents, slip and falls, nursing home neglect, and other personal injuries.
Scott is currently on the Executive Committee of the Wisconsin Association of Justice. Because of his expertise in personal injury law, he is a frequent speaker and writer for trial lawyer groups and the State of Wisconsin Bar Association on issues of personal injury, trial strategy, and evidence.
