A persuasive litigator, Scott has more than 10 years of litigation experience involving a broad range of fields, including commercial litigation, personal injury, and real estate. Scott now focuses on personal injury matters, developing and implementing discovery, settlement, and trial strategies and representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Scott worked at the Law Offices of Kathryn Reynolds Morton in Eugene, OR where he served as a trial attorney representing Liberty Mutual Group, defending hundreds of cases in federal and state courts with claims primarily ranging in value from $50,000 to $1.5 million. Before that, he prosecuted and defended commercial litigation cases in federal and state courts in Oregon, California, and Utah for Moore and Associates, also in Eugene, with claims for significant monetary damages of up to $60 million.
