E. Scott Verhine has been a practicing attorney with Verhine & Verhine PLLC since 1997. Scott focuses his practice on representing clients injured by defective medical products. He has successfully represented countless individuals in mass torts claims arising from defective devices, including defective hip implants and transvaginal mesh implants.
His past cases have included managing nearly 600 individual lawsuits filed by users of fenfluramine / phentermine, also known as "fen-phen." From 2000 to 2011, Scott has successfully pursued fen-phen claims for more than 8,500 clients across the country. He has worked with more than 60 law firms throughout the United States.
