Whether his clients are charged with a crime or hurt on the job, partner Sean Conway works tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for those he represents. He cares deeply about his clients and about justice – a great combination for someone who excels in both criminal defense and personal injury law.
Sean’s beginnings as a public defender helped shape him into the lawyer he is today. His years of experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of the law has helped lessen or eliminate the charges for many of his clients charged with major felonies, drug trafficking and conspiracy charges, and driving under the influence (DUI).
In civil cases, Sean has had success helping individuals involved in personal injury and work accidents, including significant judgments in state court for the victims of car accidents. He is skilled at negotiating with insurance companies to arrive at a number that helps his clients rebuild their lives.
Sean serves the community in a number of ways, including as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Commission and a member of the Westside Community Schools Bond Oversight Committee.
