Sean Nevin focuses primarily on medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction accidents, railroad accidents, and automobile/trucking accidents. He represents clients in all stages of litigation. Sean’s meticulous approach to litigation involves taking depositions, arguing motions before the court, trial preparation, and taking cases to trial. Sean is also skilled at navigating negotiations to secure favorable settlements for his clients. Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked as a law clerk at a prominent defense firm specializing in civil litigation defense.
During law school, Sean excelled in trial advocacy, earning a coveted spot on Chicago-Kent College of Law’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Team and was placed on the Dean’s Honor List for all semesters. Sean now gives back to his legal community by coaching for Chicago-Kent’s Trial Advocacy Team. He is also an adjunct professor teaching Trial Advocacy at Chicago-Kent. Prior to attending law school, Sean received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Lewis University. Sean was also a member of Lewis University’s Men’s Track and Field team.
