Seth Mitchell Park is a native Houstonian and Alton Todd’s sixth child of seven.
He graduated from Friendswood High School before attending Southern Methodist University where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration follows by a Master’s degree, both in accounting.
He then went on to work at big-four accounting firm EY (formerly Ernst & Young) while earning his CPA license, which he still maintains.
After working at EY, Seth headed to Atlanta where he attended Emory Law School and Emory’s Goizueta School of Business, earning two more post-grad degrees – a JD and an MBA.
After graduating, Seth took and passed the bar exam in Texas, New York, and Georgia and is licensed in all three states. He joined The Law Firm of Alton C. Todd, Personal Injury Lawyers in 2017 and he has been working as a trial and personal injury lawyer with the firm ever since.
Seth focuses on all aspects of personal injury litigation and is a natural in the courtroom, recently being nominated by an opposing attorney in a major motorcycle injury case as a Rising Star in Texas Super Lawyers publication.
Seth has handled several trials in his young career, both in cases of his own and in cases with Alton. Seth has recently settled a serious vehicular wreck for over $7 million and an 18-wheeler concussion case for almost $9 million and has several other large cases in the pipeline.
However, Seth firmly believes in his father’s mantra – if you’re too big to try a small case, you’re too small to try a big case – and loves to work on cases of all sizes and types.
In his free time, Seth enjoys traveling (118 countries and counting), photography, extreme sports, volunteering with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and at the Houston Rodeo, spending time with his family and friends, and Houston sports.
