Soroush joined Brann Sullivan as an associate in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Soroush started his legal career as a legal assistant while pursuing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston. Soroush worked as a legal assistant/case manager at a prominent Houston personal injury firm for five years. This hands-on experience developed his interest in law. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he attended law school to pursue his passion of helping injured people.

Soroush pursued his studies at South Texas College of Law where he was awarded the Dean Merit Scholarship. While completing law school, he participated in several Mock Trials, including the Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Scholars Institute Program in Kansas City, Missouri. These experiences provided exceptional training by alumni and distinguished trial lawyers on best practices to become a trial lawyer. Throughout law school, Soroush clerked for Brann Sullivan Trial Lawyers and joined the Brann Sullivan team as an Associate Trial Lawyer upon passing of the bar exam.

Soroush is a fierce advocate for people injured by the negligence of others. His law practice includes a wide range of personal injury cases, including catastrophic injuries, premises liability cases, and serious automobile, 18-wheeler, and motorcycle collisions. Soroush’s practice is devoted to litigation, including all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial.

Soroush’s passion for his clients is endless. He fights hard for his clients to make sure that justice is served. Soroush’s ability to speak three languages makes him unique to connect with clients of different backgrounds and cultures. In addition to English, Soroush speaks fluent Spanish and Farsi.

Soroush is member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Mexican American Bar Association.

In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
