Stephanie R. Esrig is a litigation attorney at Schatz, Steinberg & Klayman and concentrates her practice on zealously representing victims of personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and civil rights violations throughout the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Stephanie’s early experience as a criminal defense attorney and years as an administrator of a medical practice separate her from other attorneys in her field. Her willingness to take her client’s cases through trial, combined with her understanding of the medicine involved, has earned her a reputation as a fearless, tenacious, and aggressive advocate for her clients.

In appellate matters, Stephanie has successfully argued before the Superior Court and been granted allocatur in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Stephanie received her B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University in 2012 and her Juris Doctor from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2017, after only two years. Stephanie is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
