Buck Daniel started his career working with Howard Nations in Houston, Texas. His time with Mr. Nations, who is an inductee of the Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame and who has been a leader in the mass tort industry for several decades, allowed him to learn from one of the best. During his time with The Nations Law Firm, Buck helped to litigate and resolve mass tort cases involving injuries caused by Zyprexa, Seroquel, Yaz, Ortho Evra, Gadolinium (GBCD), Avandia, Actos, Pradaxa, Risperdal, Transvaginal Mesh (TVM), Norian, and Xytex. Additionally, he successfully represented tens of thousands of BP oil spill cleanup workers in an environmental class-action case after the company exposed the workers to dangerous dispersant chemicals without providing proper safety equipment. He secured more than $75 million in recovery for those plaintiffs.
