After 10 years at the Nations Law Firm, working under Hall of Fame trial lawyer Howard Nations, Buck joined Dalimonte Rueb Stoller to continue his practice. Buck has represented clients in personal injury cases, environmental disaster class actions, toxic tort worker's compensation claims, domestic matters, felony criminal charges, and healthcare coverage disputes, while focusing his work on pharmaceutical and device mass torts. He was a member of the inaugural Georgia Trial Lawyers Association's LEAD class, and has been named a member of The National Trial Lawyers â€“ Top 40 Under 40 from 2012 until 2020.
Buck has been involved on several plaintiff steering committees, including bellwether trial selected cases for the transvaginal mesh (TVM) litigation in West Virginia and the inferior vena cava (IVC) filter litigations in Arizona, California, and Indiana. Most recently, Buck secured a settlement against Johnson & Johnson for the victims of illegal testing of a bone cement product. He has successfully collected over $90 million for his clients.
