Buck Daniel started his career working with Howard Nations in Houston, Texas. His time with Mr. Nations, who is an inductee of the Trial Lawyers Hall of Fame and who has been a leader in the mass tort industry for several decades, allowed him to learn from one of the best. During his time with The Nations Law Firm, Buck helped to litigate and resolve mass tort cases involving injuries caused by Zyprexa, Seroquel, Yaz, Ortho Evra, Gadolinium (GBCD), Avandia, Actos, Pradaxa, Risperdal, Transvaginal Mesh (TVM), Norian, and Xytex. Additionally, he successfully represented tens of thousands of BP oil spill cleanup workers in an environmental class-action case after the company exposed the workers to dangerous dispersant chemicals without providing proper safety equipment. He secured more than $75 million in recovery for those plaintiffs.

Today, Buck is a partner at Rueb Stoller Daniel, where he practices alongside Greg Rueb of San Francisco, California and Paul Stoller out of Phoenix, Arizona. Based in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office, Buck handles highly complex, high-stakes litigation involving pharmaceutical mass actions, toxic environmental torts, personal injury, and class- actions for clients throughout the world. The firm services clients across the globe with a focus on consumer protection. With offices in Washington DC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix, and Atlanta, the firm has provided representation for over 80,000 current and former clients, who claimed injury from various drugs, devices, and consumer goods. In recognition for exemplary professionalism and outstanding legal ability, Buck was included in the Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars for 2020 and 2021, while also earning Top 40 Under 40 designations from the National Trial Lawyers from 2012 to 2023. He was a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s inaugural LEAD class.
