Stephen C. Fiebiger has over 39 years of experience as a Minnesota civil litigation attorney in the areas of employment law, personal injury, defamation, probate, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships, and civil appeals. He practices in state and federal courts across the state handling court and jury trials.
He has successfully argued civil appeals before the Minnesota Supreme Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit on and negotiated scores of settlements. He has authored amicus curiae briefs on important employment law issues at the state Supreme Court.
He was recently re-appointed by Governor Tim Walz to the state's Merit System Council for a three-year term ending on January 6, 2025. He is a member of the Burnsville Breakfast Rotary and a Paul Harris Fellow.
In 2018, he received the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school district John Coskran Volunteer Award and was recognized for his experience with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award (Who's Who).
