Steve Graham is a former elected prosecutor, and has run his own firm since January 2003. His office does primarily criminal defense but he and his associates also do university expulsion cases, particularly Title IX matters. His cases have been covered by such publications as the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, The Guardian UK, and Rolling Stone Magazine. His clients have included professional athletes and international musicians. Mr. Graham conducted his first jury trial as an intern in 1994. Since then he has conducted approximately 200 jury trials in State, Federal and Tribal court on everything from DUI to aggravate murder. He has represented a variety of different university students at both public and private universities across the Northwest. He has maintained his own law blog since 2009.

Steve Graham has been married for 20 years and has two sons. His family spends their time traveling and hiking and biking around the Northwest. In his spare time, he coaches high school and college students on mock trial competitions.
