I am a trial attorney who has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic and severe injury cases throughout the entire state of Pennsylvania. In the past, I have assisted numerous clients and their families in trying to put their lives back together after a tragedy has struck. My experience spans the fields of dramshop liability/liquor liability/over-service of alcohol to patron, product liability, civil rights, truck accidents, highway design, bad faith insurance cases and personal injury.
I grew up in Toledo, Ohio and am a cum laude graduate of Ohio University. Following completion of my undergraduate degree, I moved to Pittsburgh and attended Duquesne University School of Law where I earned my J.D. in 2002. In 2009, I was selected to attend the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming which I completed in October of 2009.
In addition to having an active litigation practice, I am a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. I am also serve on the board at the Jeron X. Grayson Community Center located in the Hill District area of Pittsburgh.
In 2011, I was invited to be a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which was established in 1993. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi million dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 4000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
