WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT?
Don’t call me a “litigator.” I actually try cases. I have tried almost 200 civiil jury trials. I handle trials in all areas including complex business and real estate, labor and employment, personal injury, and fraud.
My two favorite types of cases? Easy — suing attorneys who steal their clients’ money and suing insurance companies who refuse to pay their insureds’ valid claims.
My experience in last minute trials has taught me to eliminate the nonsense. I avoid the “paper war” mentality because I know what I can use during trial and what the rules exclude. I do not waste time on unproductive skirmishes.
I believe this best meets the needs of my clients and positions me intelligently to settle or go to trial.
100% of our practice is dedicated to trial work.
The firm does all types of trial work. The fee structure is substantially below that of firms handling comparable work.
I use the latest in technology. I use a variety of computer software and hardware configurations and data control to prepare for trial efficiently, monitor case progress, streamline tasks, to eliminate waste inherent in the traditional manner of handling cases with multiple attorneys.
